The Position

The position will be based in Ferndale, Washington and is only open to individuals authorized to work in the United States.  You are familiar with computer systems and processes to keep production running smoothly.  Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, excellent communications skills are critical to coordinate assembly of products destined to our North American dealer network.  Efficiency, safety and self-discipline are key to your overall success in this position.  You have a background in assembly and manufacturing of electrical or mechanical equipment, with testing and record keeping as part of your responsibilities.  Up sizing of facilities and staff are anticipated, so the right candidate must be able to coordinate production through periods of growth and change. You will also be expected to assist with hiring and training of staff.  Salary will be negotiable and dependant upon previous experience and training.  An employee Share Options Plan will also be a part of the compensation package.
