Will Huggett – President and CEO
Will has 10 years of experience, including logistics management for Metro Vancouver’s solid waste, developing business plans for landfill gas and biomass power generation projects, and coordinating district energy and tri-generation projects with EPCOR Utilities. He has also lead the development and ISO registration of environmental management systems, facilitated public-private partnerships (P3), and economic analysis with KPMG. Will received a bachelor’s degree in environmental economics from the University of Victoria (British Columbia) and project management and leadership training from the University of British Columbia.
Greg Drysdale – Vice President, Operations
Greg is a licensed electrician with over 30 years of experience and is an inventor of patented electricity conservation technology. He has held senior management and consulting positions with companies like Siemens, Schneider Electric, EPCOR and Xantrex. As inventor of the MinumizerTM and founder of XTROL Corp, Greg also has experience in bringing new technologies to market.
Mike Sommer – Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mike’s previous experience includes web-marketing consulting for Marqui, a marketing automation software company and as a European media advisor for International Data Group Global Solutions EMEA (IDG GS). He was also co-editor of The Sustainable Enterprise: Turning Awareness Into Action (Kyoto Planet Publishing). Mike holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Copenhagen and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Victoria (British Columbia).
David Kruckemyer – Vice President, Engineering
David has over 10 years of experience as an electrical and computer engineer, designing microprocessors and multiprocessor computer systems at Digital Equipment Corporation, Silicon Graphics, and startups such as SiByte (acquired by Broadcom) and Azul Systems. In addition, he holds 14 patents in the areas of computer systems design and has experience in financial analysis and business strategy in a small company environment. David has earned an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.
